About Everfumed
The art of fragrance, examined
Welcome
Everfumed was founded by Larissa Pickens, who started the site out of her love of fragrance and perfumery. Larissa has worked in the beauty and fragrance industry for more than 15 years, beginning in New York with Coty designer fragrances including Calvin Klein, Vera Wang, Marc Jacobs, and Cerruti.
Today she leads a team of fragrance writers who review new and classic releases on skin and interview the perfumers and founders who create them. Our goal is to help you appreciate the artistry of perfumery and wear fragrance with confidence.
Our reviews are independent and based on hands-on testing. We wear each fragrance multiple times across different settings, assessing how it opens and develops along with its longevity and sillage, and we describe the notes we actually smell rather than just the official marketing pyramid.

What We Do
We help readers appreciate the artistry of perfumery and wear fragrance with confidence.
Our Value
We believe scent is a profound form of storytelling, and that the best fragrance writing explores the notes, the noses, and the narratives behind a bottle.
Our Mission
To cover fragrance honestly and in depth, breaking down composition, testing on skin, and interviewing the perfumers and founders who create the scents we review.
Our Commitment
Our reviews are independent. We do not accept payment in exchange for positive coverage, and we disclose affiliate links and free samples plainly.
From in-depth single-fragrance reviews to perfumer interviews and explainers on notes and fragrance families, we cover the world of scent for newcomers and seasoned enthusiasts alike.
Our aim is to help readers discover fragrances they will love and understand the craft behind them, with reviews grounded in real wear-testing rather than marketing copy.
Have a question, a fragrance you would like us to cover, or a perfumer we should interview? We are always happy to hear from readers, brands, and perfumers through our Contact page.
